Frequently asked Questions
I’ve ordered new couches, but it will take 8 weeks to arrive. Can I sell my couch but still use it until the new ones arrive?
Yes. We offer a very useful service of paying you a deposit to secure your old couch and you can continue using it until your new couches are delivered. We collect on the same day or day before so that you don’t have sit without couches while you wait for your new ones to arrive.
What do I need to do to sell my couches to you?
Upload clear pictures of the item/s you wish to sell, making sure to include pictures of any damages. Give a brief description of the item/s such as where you bought it, the condition it is in and if there is any damage. Fill in your contact details and how much you’d like for it.
Do you need to view the items/s I’m selling?
Upon receiving your info, we will respond with an offer or request to view the item. Viewing, payment and collection may happen at once, depending on your preference.
How does payment work?
Upon accepting our offer, payment will be made, and arrangements for collection. Payment is done via EFT and in some cases, cash.
How does collection work?
Collection is at your convenience and is done by a trusted team who have been working with me for years.
I am only available after working hours.
We are flexible with time so viewing and collection can be arranged when it is convenient for you.
